Terrible shop

This shop seems to have terrible service and charges exorbitant prices. The lady before me needed a battery changed for her watch. They said it was a half hour job. After taking in the watch they said to come back next week to collect it. Even I was shocked, standing in line behind her. As for myself, I needed a replacement strap for my watch. I requested a specific size and they sold me the item at twice the price competitors sell the same item. But it was urgent because my current strap broke and the watch was at home so I agreed. When I got home, I noticed the size was wrong and it didn't fit. They sold me a different size to that I asked for. When I called them, they said they were closing soon and don't do refunds. After telling them that I rather buy a strap elsewhere and I would like a refund because they sold me the wrong size they said they don't do refunds. If I want I can buy a clock or calculator but I'll need to top up cash. When I said I don't need a clock or calculator they hung up. Terrible.
