Late delivery and no courtesy to inform client
My last order on 19 Dec 2013 Item CTH1308 went terribly wrong. 1) Non fulfillment 2) Bad Staff attitude 3) No proper follow-up. This incident potentially tarnish my business relation with my counterpart. A very bad experience with BLOOMDALE! Never again I am going to use this company. I will also advise everyone I know based on my personal experience with this company. Yours sincerely Extremely unsatisfied paying customer.
