Professalism - Leon Tan
Air con was not working. Leon called me over without my queue number as there was less people and he recognized me from buying a servicing package previously.V efficient in admin, knowledgeable in service and product. When my car was done, he gave me a call and indicated the car would be washed without my request. Fast efficient, clever and motivated individual.
